Join us to welcome a new book by beautiful Australian writer Ailsa Piper, For Life: A Memoir of Living and Dying - and Flying.

It is a celebration of the art of moving forward, staring down grief to hear the call of the natural world. Walk with Ailsa towards solace and strength as she changes cities, makes a nest, learns to swim, walks harbour cliffs and finds a community of unexpected angels.

Ailsa Piper wrote Sinning Across Spain and, with Tony Doherty, The Attachment: Letters From a Most Unlikely Friendship. She has written for radio and theatre, has worked as an actor and director, and is an accomplished audiobook narrator and interviewer. She also writes and performs Wordwalks, monologies about poetry, walking and landscape. Ailsa was recently in conversation with Charlotte Wood at Centennial Supper Club.

Tickets: $45 (includes Author Talk + Morning Tea for 1) Tickets on sale this Thursday 20 June @ 8am
