About & Ticket Info
How did little Bella disappear in just six minutes? And where is she?
Six Minutes is a gripping psychological thriller - Liane Moriarty said it was impossible to put down.
Debut novelist Petronella McGovern was inspired by those early months of motherhood - often fraught with anxiety - and the comfort and support that come from other mums. Set in a village on the outskirts of Canberra, Six Minutes evokes a sense of place and community that plays into the mystery of Bella?s disappearance.
A community in crisis. A marriage under strain. Trial by social media. A test of the bonds of friendship. And the clock is ticking?
Petronella works in communications and has written two non-fiction books. She grew up on a farm near Bathurst and later lived on the edge of Canberra, where playgroup was a source of friendship.
Join us in-store to hear Petronella talk about her thrilling debut novel Six Minutes on Thursday 19th September at 6:00pm at The Bookshop Bowral
